Sweet Mango Pulp - 1 cup
Cream Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk Powder - 4 tbsp
Thick cream - 1/2 cup
Method
Blend together first the sugar in a mixer and then mix in the mango pulp, milk and milk powder. Churn well to obtain a smooth fluffy batter. Mix in the cream and blend once again. Pour into a mixing bowl and add the rice. Mix gently with a spoon. Pour into kulfi moulds and freeze in the freezer overnight. Loosen with the tip of a sharp knife and serve at once.
